Is Smart Print Portal a government website?
No. Smart Print Portal (smartprintportal.in) is a private print portal for shops and service centres. Official issue and updates of documents happen only on official government websites.
Is registration free?
Yes. Register free, then activate a plan once to unlock services. You also get ₹50 free wallet balance when your plan is activated.
How do I pay for services?
Add money to your wallet by UPI. Each service charge is taken from the wallet and shown in your transaction history.
My payment went through but the wallet did not update. What now?
Open Transaction history, click UTR Resubmit on that payment and enter the original UTR from your UPI app. If the payment gateway has that payment, it is completed at once. Otherwise raise a Help Desk ticket.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The website and the member panel work on mobile, tablet and computer.
